Size Exchange

  • REGULAR PRICED ITEMS are accepted for size exchanges. All sale items are considered final.
  • Items may only be exchanged ONCE to a different SIZE of the SAME STYLE.
  • Metro Manila & Greater Manila shipping address, can be returned within 4 DAYS upon delivery of the parcel to your address.
  • Provincial Luzon/Vis/Min shipping address, must be shipped back within 7 DAYS upon delivery of the parcel to your address.
  • We will NOT ACCEPT items that are returned past the given allowable time frame.
  • If an item is sold as a set (Hailey, Paula, Crissa, etc.) it can only be exchanged also as a SET.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you have received it. All hygienic stickers and tags must be intact. It must be also be in its original packaging.

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:

a. Crumpled & unkempt items

b. Bottoms without the hygienic liner

c. Items with removed tags & hygienic liner.

d. Damaged, dirty or stained items.

e. Obvious signs of use (besides trying it on)

f. Items with broken hardware

g. Items that has been washed

h. Items returned past the given allowable time frame.

Please be advised that ALL shipping charges (return & pick up of items) shall be shouldered by the customer. Nudeswim reserves the right to refuse exchanges for rude customers.
